One of our oldest clubs, the Ikebana Club meets monthly to practice the Japanese art of flower arrangement. They also make many of the decorations for our major events and have been featured at the IMF/WB Annual Meetings.

In an organization that has traditionally had more women than men, the IMFFA Men’s Group seeks to increase participation of men in our organization’s activities as well as hold a number of monthly events.

The Health and Wellbeing Group is dedicated to hosting activities that focus on the health and wellbeing of our members. One of their more popular events is a monthly meditation session.
The Baby/Toddler Group is for parents of babies and toddlers looking to connect with other similar members. The groups hosts weekly playgroups as well as excursions around the city.
The Gourmet Club explores the DC metro area in search of great tasting experiences and places that serve and sell fine food and drink. Cheese, Belgium beer, Champagne, Italian cold meat… so many things to taste in this city!
The IMFFA Hiking Club is our newest club. Members meet about once a month to hike along the DMV’s many trails and share a joint passion for hiking in the great outdoors.
