Please join us for a 75 minutes Yoga session guided by Gaurav Singh.

Yoga and Mindfulness – Yoga classes with the focus on mindfulness. Each yoga session is a blend of Asanas (simple physical postures), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques to relieve stress), and Savasana (Deep Relaxation). Classes will evolve based on the needs of participants.

The sessions are often held at Stephane’s home. Come find out! No experience necessary!

Don’t forget your Yoga Mat!
