Dear members,

Please join us for a free 75 minutes Yoga session guided by Gaurav Singh.

Yoga and Mindfulness – Yoga classes with the focus on mindfulness.
Each yoga session is a blend of Asanas (simple physical postures), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques to relieve stress), and Savasana (Deep Relaxation).
Classes will evolve based on the needs of participants.

Come find out! No experience necessary!

Don’t forget your Yoga Mat!
And please arrive 15 minutes in advance (10:00am) to make sure we start on time.

If you need to cancel, please send me an email by 9:00 am the day before the event.
