This short, yet powerful stress and anxiety-reducing exercise are inspired and rooted in the wisdom and teachingsĀ of yoga. The practice will lead us through some simple tension-releasing movements that prepare the body and mind for a guided relaxation. Science defines relaxation as a state of deep rest that slows your breathing and heart rate, lowers your blood pressure, and brings your body and mind back into balance. Reconnect to your inner strength and well-being with this short practice.

The session will be run by Erika Gantner, a certified Yoga teacher (M.S., RYT-200). Erika is an IMFFA member.
