How to Tame Your Inner Critic and Put Your True Self Behind the Steering Wheel in Your Job Search

The mindfulness-based content and hands-on practices will provide tools to help participants:

  • increase awareness of their personal thought patterns (including the brain’s wiring for negativity bias),
  • let go of past stories that no longer serve and may even inhibit forward progress,
  • and connect with their own deeper wisdom, values, and purpose to inform their job search.
  • seekers and ways to utilize local networks to tap into these job markets.
