Cooking class introducing vegan, raw food and superfood cuisine

The Gourmet Club is happy to launch a cooking class focused on introducing vegan, raw food and superfood cuisine.
But to be able to do it, I need a volunteer to host this class.
Nothing special to do, just open your kitchen to 6/8 IMFFA members (you’ll decide how many) including yourself, + the instructor (so 7/9 people in total).
Please note that will need a food processor and a blender (the instructor could bring them, but it’s obviously more convenient if you have them).
The instructor will provide the food.
Of course, after the class, we’ll eat what we’ve prepared .

Having grown up in France and originally trained as a nurse, Valerie Morgan has devoted the last 40 years to helping people reach their optimal health. Besides being a licensed massage therapist for the past 20 years, she is also a certified holistic health coach and nutritionist. Always eager to learn new ways to improve her clients’ health and wellness, Valerie has added essential oils to her toolbox. More recently Valerie co-founded Joie de Vivre Wellness Retreat where she uses her skills to teach healthy cooking classes. She is excited to teach a series of cooking classes focused on introducing vegan, raw food and superfood cuisine.
